Optional lens upgrades cost extra only when you choose them.

What prescription lenses are included?

Can I order progressive lenses?

Yes. Progressive lenses are available as an upgrade.

Can I get blue-light lenses?

Prescription Sun is available in Single Vision at launch.

What if my prescription is very strong?

Some stronger or specialty prescriptions may require a thinner/high-index lens.

If your prescription requires one, we’ll contact you before production to explain the option and any additional cost.

How do I send my prescription?

You can enter your prescription while ordering, upload a copy, or choose to send it afterward.

Can I order now and send my prescription later?

Yes.

Your order can be placed first, but it will not be released to the lab until the required prescription and PD information is complete.

What is PD?

PD means pupillary distance. It measures the distance between your pupils and helps position your prescription correctly in the lenses.

My prescription has two PD numbers. Is that okay?

Yes. You may have a single PD, such as 63, or two monocular measurements, such as 31.5 / 31.5.

What happens if information is missing?

We’ll contact you before the order is released to production.

Will RAPTR automatically charge me for a more expensive lens?

No.

If your prescription requires a specialty or thinner/high-index lens that wasn’t selected during checkout, we’ll explain the option and price before production.

Can I buy a frame without prescription lenses?

For the main RAPTR shopping experience, the product pricing is designed around complete prescription eyewear. We may be adding frame only options soon.

How long will my glasses take?

Usually around 8 to 10 days.
